We recommend contacting us when your house is 6 to 8 weeks away from being handed over or ready for move-in. This timeframe allows us to arrange a meeting at your property.
During our visit, we will guide you through each room of your house, offering expert advice on selecting the best window treatments. We will showcase our extensive range of fabrics and provide samples, explaining the various options and factors to consider.
While you choose the fabrics that best suit your style and preferences, our team will take precise measurements. By the end of our first meeting, we will present you with a detailed quote for your chosen curtains.
If you decide to proceed with the order, we will work diligently to have your curtains ready for installation within 4 to 6 weeks.
This ensures that your windows will be beautifully dressed from the moment you move into your new home, leaving no room for a sense of incompleteness.
Rental Properties or Units
If you're in need of curtains or blinds for your rental house or property, we have a solution that will work perfectly for you. Simply reach out to us directly or inform your property management about your requirements, and we'll take care of the rest.
We understand the importance of coordination and efficiency, which is why we will liaise with your property management to schedule suitable timings and obtain the necessary access to your property. To make the process even smoother, we offer the option of approving samples online or via email, and we can even arrange for courier delivery if needed.
Once everything is in order, our team will visit your property to take precise measurements and provide you with a detailed quote via email. We'll also discuss any specific requirements or preferences over the phone to ensure we meet your expectations.
Rest assured that our dedicated team works efficiently, and you can expect your basic products to be ready and installed within a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks. Our usual turnaround time for blinds ranges from 10 to 14 days, while curtains typically take 20 to 30 days. Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on the size of your order. However, we assure you that we will discuss all the necessary details beforehand, and your products will be installed on time as promised.
As an added convenience, we offer complimentary removal of your old blinds or curtains. However, please note that we do not provide disposal services for these items.
